Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, or related experience.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and customer focus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs., stand for long periods, and operate deli equipment.
• Able to work in cooler and freezer environments and comply with safety and sanitation rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh, easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, presented, and clean.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain deli products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicer, ovens, scales, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe deli area and equipment; clean spills and debris.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for quality and temperature.
