Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to take special orders by phone.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs., stand up to 8 hours per shift.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary deli area and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and preparing fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; keep area clean.
• Fill, rotate, and display products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary deli area and equipment.
• Receive and log products for shipment, temperature, and quality.
