Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary, or part-time moderators with native French language skills to develop and nurture digital communities for well-known brands. The role supports 24/7 scheduling, accommodating early birds and night owls, with opportunities for US- or UK-based candidates.

Moderators will work to accurately mirror brand voice, engage users, and apply strong written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Ability to mirror brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; livestream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; spelling/grammar tested.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12; internet speed minimum 150 Mbps.
• AI tools encouraged for interview prep, but not during live interviews.
