Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary or part-time Language Community Moderators with native-level French and strong English skills to join our remote teams. You will help develop and grow digital communities for brands, with opportunities across 24/7 coverage and flexible schedules.

Successful candidates will have moderation experience, the ability to mirror brand voice, knowledge of major social platforms, and comfort with live chat and real-time interactions.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates).
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach.
