Job summary

Social Factor seeks moderators fluent in French to manage and grow online communities for global brands. Roles are project-based, temporary or part-time, with flexible schedules to fit diverse lifestyles.

Applicants should have native-level French, strong brand voice adaptation, and prior moderation experience. Live stream moderation is a plus; strong written and verbal English communication is required. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of French-language pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice and tone in engagement.
• Prior social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong spelling/grammar.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12; internet speed at least 150 Mbps.
