Social Factor is seeking talented moderators with native French to join on a project-based, temporary or part-time basis. The role involves developing and moderating digital communities for well-known brands, with flexible schedules and potential 24/7 shifts to fit diverse lifestyles.

Ideal candidates have native-level French, deep cultural knowledge, and the ability to mirror brand voice in English and French.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language and deep cultural knowledge
• Ability to mirror brand voice in written and spoken interactions across brands
• Experience moderating social media; live stream moderation is a plus
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language tests may be given for final candidates
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12; internet speed 150 Mbps+
• AI is encouraged for interview prep; use of AI in live conversations is prohibited
