Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep knowledge of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Ability to mirror brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong initiative, quick learner, proactive approach.
