Social Factor is seeking project-based, part-time Social Media Community Moderators. First, we’d love to hear from candidates in the US or UK who speak French and English fluently. Some roles are 24/7 with varying shifts and remote or flexible schedules, designed to fit diverse lifestyles.

A live-brand voice and proactive approach help you thrive. Moderators will work on digital communities for Fortune 100/500 brands, engaging with users and guiding conversations.

Formación

• Native-level understanding of French.
• Experience moderating social media communities.
• Ability to mirror brand voice across platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
