Job summary

Social Factor is seeking native French-speaking moderators for project-based, temporary or part-time work. This US-based role involves building and moderating digital communities for global brands, with opportunities to work on varied schedules, including 24/7 coverage as needed.

You will moderate in English and French, mirror brand voice, and engage with users in real-time across platforms. Prior moderation experience is required; Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates).
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach.
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities
