Job summary

Social Factor seeks moderators with fluent French to manage English and French communities on behalf of well-known brands. This is a temporary, part-time project with flexible schedules, including 24/7 coverage options.

US-based or UK-based candidates are welcome, with a focus on brand-appropriate engagement and accurate language use. Ideal applicants have moderation experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with major social platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French
• Deep understanding of culture, slang and nomenclature
• Ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands
• Experience in social media moderation; live stream moderation a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication; grammar tests may be used
• Knowledge of major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn

Responsibilities

• Moderate communities for multiple brands across English and French
• Develop and nurture growing digital communities as projects arise
• Engage with users in brand voice and ensure respectful conversations
• Support flexible, project-based, part-time work with available shifts
• Adhere to client guidelines; avoid prohibited practices during interviews
