We are hiring from US/UK and welcome US-based or UK-based applicants. The Community Moderator role will help develop growing digital communities for well-known brands as work becomes available.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Able to mirror client's brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language tests may be given for final candidates.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; follow clear guidelines/workflows.
• High energy, proactive; able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12.x; internet speed ≥150 Mbps.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities for brands and grow digital presence.
• Engage with users in real-time and troubleshoot questions.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms and conversations.
• Follow client guidelines and established workflows; document interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate moderation tasks.
