Job summary

Social Factor is seeking experienced Community Moderators with fluent French to join our project-based, part-time team. Work flexible hours across US or UK time zones, with some roles requiring 24/7 coverage.

We aim to build active digital communities for top brands while you bring your language and moderation skills to life. Ideal candidates will have native-level French, strong social media experience, and the ability to mirror brand voice.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to mirror client brand voice & engage with users accurately.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Windows 10 / macOS 12.x compatible setup and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow digital communities for brands.
• Interact with users in real-time and engage in discussions and troubleshooting.
• Follow established guidelines and workflows to maintain brand voice.
• Moderate live streams when required and escalate issues appropriately.
• Collaborate with teams across brands to ensure consistent messaging.
