Social Factor is a social media agency seeking a project-based, part-time Community Moderator with fluent French to join our global network. Remote-friendly roles may emerge as client needs change, with 24/7 coverage possible.

Ideal candidates have native-level French, strong social media moderation experience, and the ability to mirror brand voice across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn. US- or UK-based applicants encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice and engage users
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros and/or Sprout Social experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mirror voice/tone of brands
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language test will be given for final candidates
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic organization
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot discussions
• Experience with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; reliable internet speed 150 Mbps
