Social Factor is seeking part-time, project-based moderators with native-level French to grow and engage online communities for top brands. Some roles require live stream moderation; all postings emphasize flexible schedules and US/UK client work.

The team values accurate brand voice and strong written and verbal communication across platforms. Ideal candidates have prior social media moderation experience, an understanding of French pop culture, and reliable internet and hardware.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (tests may be given)
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn

Responsibilities

• Develop and moderate digital communities for brands
• Adapt to and mirror brand voice across campaigns
• Engage with users in English and French
• Moderate social content and live streams as needed
• Maintain high-quality written/spoken communication
• Follow client guidelines and privacy rules
