Job summary

iiPay is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Associate to deliver timely, accurate French payrolls for our clients. This role can be performed remotely with occasional office visits, and involves collaborating across global teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SilaExpert, strong English communication, and advanced Excel skills, plus a track record in multi-client payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-client / multi-payroll environments.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly payrolls accurately, for French clients, on time.
• Improve payroll systems and processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as main client contact, ensuring clear, informative updates.
• Collaborate with iiPay teams globally to meet deadlines.
• Support colleagues in France and maintain knowledge of French payroll rules.
• Own and resolve client escalations with appropriate escalation when needed.
