Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan learning experiences based on the district AKS curriculum and foster development across disciplines.
• Demonstrate command of the subject being taught and align objectives to AKS.
• Develop and prioritize instructional objectives, identify prerequisite skills, and plan to achieve mastery.
• Evaluate, select, and modify resources to match learner needs and AKS.
• Provide initial focus for lessons, link content to prior knowledge, and engage students actively.
• Organize content for presentation, follow a structured instructional plan, and manage transitions.
• Utilize effective instructional strategies, assess learning, and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain records, communicate results, and plan for subsequent instruction.
• Create a positive learning environment and maintain professional responsibilities.
