Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, part-time moderators with native French language skills to engage online communities for major brands. You will work on a flexible schedule with some 24/7 coverage options as needed.

Ideal candidates have moderation experience, strong communication, and the ability to mirror brand voice across platforms. Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice and accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities for some of the world's brands as activity arises.
• Interact with users in real-time, answer questions, and troubleshoot when needed.
• Follow client workflows and guidelines to maintain consistent voice across platforms.
• Collaborate with client teams to report trends and feedback.
