Job summary

Social Factor is seeking a project-based Language Community Moderator with French language experience to support brands across social channels. This flexible, temporary role may include 24/7 shifts to fit different schedules and time zones, with opportunities for US-based or UK-based collaborators.

Responsibilities include moderating English and French conversations, understanding brand voice, and engaging respectfully with communities.

Qualifications

• Native-level French language proficiency.
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Ability to mirror brand voice in interactions.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12; internet speed 150 Mbps.
• AI tools allowed for practice, but not during live interview conversations.
