Job summary

Social Factor is seeking US-based or UK-based project-based French-speaking Community Moderators. You will help build and nurture digital communities for major brands, working on flexible, part-time shifts; some projects run 24/7.

You’ll engage users in English and French, reflect brand voice, and escalate issues per guidelines. Ideal candidates have native-level French, live moderation experience, and familiarity with Sprinklr/Khoros or Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French.
• Experience in social media moderation across platforms.
• Ability to mirror brand voice and tone in engagements.
• Live stream moderation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities in English and French.
• Engage users, answer questions and troubleshoot in real time.
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows to maintain brand voice.
• Monitor major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
