Social Factor is seeking native-level French-speaking moderators for project-based, temporary, or part-time work. You will help develop and grow digital communities for well-known brands as opportunities arise, with flexible schedules that can include 24/7 shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong French language skills, the ability to mirror brand voice, and prior social media moderation experience. Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus.

Formación

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of French pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to mirror client voice and engage with users appropriately.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to follow guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow digital communities for brands as opportunities arise.
• Interact with users in real-time, answer questions, and troubleshoot discussions.
• Follow established workflows and brand voice guidelines across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn.
