You will capture and update customer data in CRM systems, work toward quality and productivity targets, and help resolve issues quickly while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high volumes.
