KBX Logistics, a Koch company, seeks a Logistics Manager to lead truck transportation activities for Georgia Pacific's CPG operations within the KBX Managed Freight team. You will develop freight strategies, coach supervisors, and align operations with PBM culture to meet customer needs.

You will partner with procurement, carriers, and internal teams to optimize cost, service, and capacity, while driving innovation in technology, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people teams in complex, multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, and commercial partners.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight strategy and execution for KBX GB ops, balancing cost, capacity, and service.
• Develop freight solutions aligning customer requirements with KBX capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs like rate per mile, OTIF, and on-time service to drive improvement.
• Build a high-performance team through coaching, training, and development.
