• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong execution across District and lead team with a focus on delivering profitable sales.
• Ensure appropriate stock levels per site using established processes, systems and tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including customers and leadership at store level.
• Lead team through clear communication, provide feedback, and manage consequences based on performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize store operations and district performance.
