Job summary

Amnex Solutions Corp is seeking a Freight Sales Representative to own the cradle-to-grave freight lifecycle from prospecting and quoting to carrier sourcing, load tracking, and customer billing. You will close deals, build strong shipper relationships, and ensure service excellence across OTR, intermodal, and drayage operations.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, collaborative planning with leadership, and ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation account management experience.
• Proven ability to source, close, and manage freight independently in cradle-to-grave model.
• Strong knowledge of OTR truckload, intermodal, or port drayage operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, and CRM systems (Turvo, DAT, Truckstop, or similar preferred).
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new shipper accounts across OTR and/or drayage segments.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers to ensure profitable lanes.
• Manage loads from start to finish — quoting, booking, tracking, and invoicing.
• Source and vet carriers using internal systems and external tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety and insurance standards.
• Build long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Develop lane strategies with leadership and drive pricing models.
