Job summary

Amnex Solutions Corp is seeking a Freight Sales Representative to own the entire freight lifecycle from prospecting and quoting to carrier sourcing, load tracking, and customer billing. The role requires a strong closer with operational problem-solving abilities and the capacity to build long-term shipper relationships.

You will work within a fast-growing 4PL focused on domestic OTR, intermodal, and drayage logistics, leveraging CRM, TMS, and load boards to optimize service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation account management.
• Ability to source, close, and manage freight independently in cradle-to-grave model.
• Strong knowledge of OTR truckload, intermodal, or port drayage operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Develop New Business across OTR and/or drayage segments.
• Manage loads from start to finish — quoting, booking, tracking, and invoicing.
• Source and vet carriers through internal systems and external tools.
• Build long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Develop lane strategies and pricing models with leadership.
