Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a TM Receiver to help keep the store's inventory accurate and support fast freight receiving and shipping. You will interact with customers and Team Members, contribute to selling initiatives, and help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

This role requires reliability to work varied shifts, a willingness to operate forklifts and other equipment, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.

• Accountable for processing of inbound and outbound freight.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and adhere to loss prevention standards.

• Operate forklift and related equipment safely.
