Job summary

The role requires compliance with safety rules, effective team communication, and the ability to work a 40+ hour schedule in a 24/7 operation. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age of 18 and eligibility for employment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal, state, and railroad safety rules.
• Communicate with team via signals, radio, or hand signals.
• Operate track switches to route trains or railcars.
• Inspect train and equipment for safety.
• Read and apply rule books and documentation.
• Perform duties safely and as assigned.
