Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities aligned with the team strategy.
• Manage full lifecycle client relationships and cross-unit selling of DEA services.
• Lead client negotiations and serve as primary point of contact between client and DEA.
• Oversee project delivery, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers; lead staffing and resource decisions.
