• Execute the freight operations workflow for tendered loads across TL and LTL.
• Monitor load coverage and escalate issues to maintain service levels.
• Maintain accurate load records and clear notes for auditability.
• Resolve standard exceptions using SOPs and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Carrier Ops, and Billing teams to drive issues to closure.
