Job summary

Echo Global Logistics in Buffalo, NY seeks a Freight Operations Specialist to support day-to-day transactional brokerage activities, including load building, quoting, and documentation across LTL and TL.

You will monitor load coverage, communicate updates to customers and sales, and coordinate with Financial Ops, Carrier Ops, and Billing to resolve issues quickly, ensuring reliable service and strong account health.

• Coordinate with Sales, Carrier Ops, and Billing to drive accounting and carrier issues to closure.
• Maintain accurate load records and clear notes for audits and handoffs.
