Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking an Operations Support professional in Atlanta to coordinate daily freight operations, maintain documentation accuracy, and support customer communications. You will act as a central point between drivers, operations teams, customers, and internal partners to keep routes on schedule.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong organization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in administrative/logistics/operations support or related experience.
• Strong business English and professional written communication.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions accurately.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily freight operations and ensure timely manifest distribution.
• Maintain documentation accuracy for BOLs, DRs, and related records.
• Coordinate customer and delivery communications; handle scheduling.
• Assist with OS&D issues and freight discrepancies as they arise.
• Provide administrative support to operations leadership and site personnel.
