Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily freight operations and driver check-in.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight processing.
• Monitor workflow and escalate issues affecting service levels.
• Maintain documentation (BOLs, DRs, manifests) for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams; resolve issues.
• Assist OS&D and backfill office responsibilities as needed.
