• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, educate and develop employees with focus on retention and growth.
• Supervise work with emphasis on quality, safety, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor unsafe acts/conditions and correct with timely action and feedback.
• Plan daily manpower and set schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate job assignments and ensure clear directions across teams.
• Monitor service freight and ensure cut time compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining safety standards.
• Assist customers with rate quotes, claims information and setting appointments.
• Monitor actual performance data and gather information for reporting.
• Build relationships with business partners to meet service standards.
• Identify freight moving at incorrect weight and classification.
• Ensure OS&D is identified and processed properly.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Comply with laws and company policies.
