Job summary

World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics, drive sales, and implement daily priorities in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coach a high-performance team, ensure visual standards, and maintain stockroom organization while upholding company standards and safety.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to coach associates in the moment and de-escalate situations.
• Excellent planning, prioritization and delegation abilities.
• Demonstrated problem solving and sound decision making in daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight flow processes, visual execution, and stocking routines.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on freight processing and store priorities.
• Maintain stockroom organization and adhere to loss prevention policies.
• Analyze trends using reporting to identify opportunities and actions.
• Foster World Market values and safety in the workplace.
