World Market in Wichita, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics, drive sales, and ensure a customer-first selling culture. You will manage daily priorities, coordinate freight processing, and uphold visual standards and inventory processes with the Store Manager.

You will develop a high-performing team, reinforce company values, and maintain safety and Loss Prevention practices while analyzing trends and coaching associates to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced specialty retail.
• Proven ability to drive customer experience and operational results.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to feedback.
• Experience coaching associates and de-escalating customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight flow and store logistics to support sales and productivity.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop a high-performance team.
• Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention, inventory, and visual standards.
• Plan freight processing and daily tasks; maintain stockroom organization.
• Analyze trends using reports to identify opportunities and take action.
