Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering results and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong prioritization, planning and sense of urgency in daily tasks.
• Attention to detail and sound decision-making with delegation skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced specialty retail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize company tools to ensure freight flow processes, visual standards and routines.
• Plan freight processing in coordination with Store Manager.
• Maintain loss prevention policies and inventory management initiatives.
• Organize stockroom and ensure stock/value accuracy.
• Analyze business trends and report findings to improve opportunities.
