XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize freight operations at our facility in the United States. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to schedule and supervise a team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, distribution, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of LTL industry, hazmat regulations and DOT rules.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all freight operations.
• Develop and implement work procedures for the department.
• Evaluate, manage and assign workloads.
• Supervise hourly staff and address workplace concerns.
• Ensure production goals by managing tonnage, payroll and admin tasks.
• Plan hourly schedules to meet daily goals and reduce costs.
• Enforce FMCSR, OSHA, CCMTA, NSC and DOT policies.
• Drive safety and compliance across the shift.
