Responsibilities

• Partner with dispatchers and fleet managers to plan and carry out shipping operations.
• Develop daily operating plan with KPI focus.
• Evaluate plans for payload, on-time deliveries, and loaded miles.
• Engage with Scheduling Team Leader on growth opportunities for assets.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with Terminal Managers and Lead Technicians.
• Manage day-to-day operations of up to 75 drivers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other departments.
