Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance and routine store cleaning. The role requires familiarity with POS software, ability to handle shipments, and a flexible schedule including busy holiday periods.

Responsibilities include preparing FedEx shipments, organizing backroom operations, and maintaining secure, organized work areas while upholding Buckle's standards of guest service and ethics.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including holidays.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received items.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Ensure transfers are processed through the register and items match shipping items.
• Fold and box items for proper presentation when shipping to Guests or other stores.
