Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support in-store operations, receiving and unpacking daily shipments, shipping merchandise, and maintaining the backroom. The role includes organizing transfers, preparing FedEx labels, and ensuring proper presentation of products when unpacked.

Ideal candidates will help sustain a clean, organized work area, adhere to Buckle policies, and provide high levels of customer service while supporting store management during peak periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received and ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and attach FedEx labels for orders and coordinate with guests for alterations or special requests.
• Maintain accurate shipment paperwork and organize transfers and recalls weekly.
• Organize and stock backroom supplies, hangers, boxes, and sensors; keep work area neat and clean.
