Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Freight Coordinator to handle receiving, shipping, and backroom duties in a fast-paced retail environment. You will verify invoices, process transfers, and prepare packages for guests and stores while maintaining neat, organized spaces.

Work includes flexible scheduling and occasional weekend shifts. No prior experience is required, and you will operate POS systems to support guest service and store operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments.
• Process shipments and transfers between stores and warehouses.
• Prepare and label FedEx boxes for guests and stores.
• Maintain organized backroom and ensure tidy, safe work area.
• Operate POS systems and assist customers as needed.
• Follow Buckle's policies and code of ethics in all tasks.
