Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full freight lifecycle: prospect → quote → book → cover → close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates and manage profitability across your freight.
• Operate independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Own your accounts and grow your book of business through grit and relentless customer service.
