Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an Analyst III, IT Business Administration in Chicago to independently lead defined project workstreams and support enterprise-wide initiatives within Business Operations. You will drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure governance across ERP, sourcing/procurement, and document management efforts.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, and prepare executive dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive project management, business operations, or systems implementation experience in a matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP, sourcing/procurement, or document management initiatives preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams with moderate complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined project workstreams from planning through execution under senior guidance.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and milestone tracking.
• Support scope definition, requirements documentation, budgeting inputs, and resource coordination.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies within assigned areas.
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to ensure milestone alignment.
