Job summary

ARNE is seeking a Freight Administrator to join our logistics team in Birchwood. You will maintain shipment tracking, coordinate with suppliers and forwarders, and help ensure stock availability while driving cost efficiencies across shipments.

The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous data handling, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners. A fast-paced environment and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight, shipping or logistics is required.
• Experience handling and reviewing commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Experience with large data sets and documentation.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipment tracking updates from suppliers and forwarders.
• Update stock sign ups and availability weeks with merchandising inputs.
• Cross-check packing lists against shipment volumes and PO data; flag discrepancies.
• Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers to save costs where possible.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly feedback reports for THG and freight forwarders.
