Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Operations Specialist to support day-to-day execution for transactional brokerage accounts. You will help with load building, quoting, scheduling, and documentation for TL and LTL shipments, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Carrier Ops to resolve issues, maintain service levels, and drive customer satisfaction across the book.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day freight execution for transactional brokerage accounts to ensure reliable follow-through and customer service.
• Assist sales reps with load building, quoting, scheduling, and documentation for TL and LTL routes.
• Maintain accurate load records and escalate issues with clear, timely notes.
• Coordinate with Financial Ops, Billing, and Carrier Ops to close accounting or carrier issues.
