Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, now part of Echo Global Logistics, seeks a detail-oriented Freight Operations Associate to support day-to-day brokerage execution for TL and LTL accounts across a nationwide network. You’ll build loads, schedule appointments, collect documents, and maintain clear records to ensure reliable service.

You will work with sales, finance, and carrier ops to resolve issues, provide timely updates, and uphold high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine load updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Financial Ops, Billing, and Carrier Ops to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear handoffs and reduce repeat issues.
