Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring for a shipping coordinator role in Illinois. The candidate will review and process shipment transactions for major accounts, serve as the primary contact on contracts, and ensure proactive customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a role involving extensive client contact.
• Familiarity with domestic and international geography including countries and major cities.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to be highly productive while keeping cool under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Freight Forwarding experience preferred.
• Prior use of CargoWise One is a definite plus.
• Computer skills, including frequent prior use of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
