World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics, drive sales and profitability, and foster a customer-first selling culture. You will work with the Store Manager to guide a high-performance team while upholding brand standards and policies.

You will oversee freight processes, stockroom organization, and daily priorities, ensuring safety and loss-prevention compliance. This role requires flexible scheduling and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to work nights, overnights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store freight flow processes and visual execution standards.
• Coordinate freight processing plans with the Store Manager.
• Validate loss-prevention policies and inventory initiatives.
• Maintain stockroom organization and standards.
• Analyze trends using reports to identify opportunities and take action.
