World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage daily freight processes. You will coach a high‑performance team, enforce standards, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve profitability while upholding our brand values.

You will coordinate stocking, security, and inventory initiatives, analyze trends, and maintain a safe, customer‑first environment. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team with Store Manager, upholding World Market values, brand, policies and standards.
• Manage freight flow processes, visual standards, and stocking routines using company tools.
• Plan freight processing with the Store Manager and coordinate daily tasks to drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain Loss Prevention policies and inventory initiatives and ensure safety training and accountability.
• Analyze business trends using reports to identify opportunities and take action.
