Job summary

World Market is hiring an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store operations and a high-performance team. You will drive sales, profitability, and a customer-first selling culture by guiding freight flow, stocking, and daily priorities.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, uphold policies, and maintain standards across the store while focusing on loss prevention and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to coach associates and de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team while upholding company values and standards.
• Oversee freight flow processes, visual standards, and stocking routines.
